Kelsey Quaranto
5 Star Reviews
“Awesome - I browsed this website to look for a probate lawyer and of the 7 lawyers I tried to communicate with, Ms. Quaranto replied within a day. It turned out that she was indeed a blessing to me. She is very accommodating and helpful. She worked immediately on the issue I consulted her with. She explained very well the legalities involved. Although I have not achieved the outcome I wished for, I am very well pleased with what came out of it. I highly recommend her to those who needs legal services.”

“Compassionate and professional - I worked with Kelsey first in a difficult family situation for which she'd paired up as a secondary with another lawyer. The situation did not go as I'd wished (through no fault of her own), but I'd noticed her calm yet friendly professionalism from the get-go, so decided to hire her for my own estate planning. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Estate planning can be difficult, but she stuck with me like a champ, giving me time but gently prodding me when I really needed to take action, and ultimately delivered a really well organized set of documents. I can easily say that this never would have gotten done without her care, tracking, and communication. In all our interactions, her demeanor always struck that tricky balance between compassion and professional rigor, interpersonal warmth and cool-headedness. She will be my go-to for anything in the future, and I'll be recommending her to my friends.”

What Makes Kelsey Quaranto Uniquely Qualified To Represent You?
Kelsey Quaranto practices in the field of Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration. She entered law school with the encouragement of her parents and the belief that a legal education would shape her thoughts and teach her how to analyze problems. She moved from Southern California to San Francisco to attend law school, even though she was not sure if she would practice law upon graduating. In the end, her classes in trusts, estates, probate, and tax law and her passionate participation in mediation courses drew her to estate planning and paved her path forward.
Kelsey focuses in this field for two main reasons: first, the intricacies of the law intrigue her and feed her love of problem solving; and second, she finds the personal connections with her clients to be humbling and gratifying.
There have been many efforts to make the legal profession part of the DIY world, but Kelsey recognizes that these areas of the law are not about fill-in-the-blank, cookie-cutter solutions. They are about understanding values and appreciating family dynamics; about uncovering underlying interests that influence decisions; about asking the questions her clients never thought to consider; about listening to and hearing everyone at the table, especially when viewpoints differ; about discussing topics that may cause discomfort; and about bringing peace of mind to her clients.
Kelsey built her practice by combining empathy and integrity with experience and dedication. She continually strives to hone her knowledge of the law and her ability to know her clients on a deeper level. While building her practice she went back to school and earned two Masters of Laws (LLM); one in Taxation and one in Estate Planning, Trusts and Probate. Additionally, she has earned two separate certifications in mediation – a practice that promotes understanding all parties’ interests.
Kelsey looks forward to creating strong and lasting relationships with her clients and their families.
Kelsey and her husband Antonio recently moved into the home they built together in Pacifica and welcomed their first child in February of 2021.
